City Manager Kuenstler reminded everyone that the City Manager’s Report is posted on the website as well as placed on the table in the foyer for all interested. City Manager Kuenstler then supplemented that report with new information such as: a) VIA Transit has asked the City to partner with them to allow about 25 persons to tour the City of Leon Valley on one of their new buses. City Manager Kuenstler and Mayor Riley suggested that this tour be done prior to the lighting of the Christmas tree so that these people could end their tour at the event. Also, dispatch services have been moved to Bexar County and seem to be going very well. Dispatch phone number remains the same.
